Qualifications:
· A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Information Service support or development is desired.
· Previous experience maintaining, supporting, and operating the following infrastructure technologies:
- EMC Captiva Imaging Systems
- Input Accel and Input Accel for Invoices
- EMC Documentum
- Java technologies
- Windows Server 2003

Responsibilities:
· Under the supervision of the Manager, Enterprise Collaboration and Content Management (ECCM), the incumbent is responsible for maintaining and engineering the global Image Capture Documentum infrastructure in support of the Enterprise Collaboration and Content Management Shared Service.
· The candidate will support global and divisional content management initiatives and work directly with client facing partners on project teams to ensure strategic alignment on all aspects of the shared service.
· The incumbent will manage the service and overall engineering product responsibility for Image Capture services offered through the ECCM shared Service which include EMC Input Accel technologies.

Other activities include but are not limited to:- Act as a primary contributor to a 24X 7 Follow the Sun support model for ECCM engineering services with direct accountability for the achievement of an overall global service level to the organization.
