The manager is looking for the following skills

A very experience Business Analyst with formal training in BA skillsets including use case analysis and traceability
Background should include formal IT project methodology experience through full IT system development.
Experience with manufacturing and distribution processes a major plus

Role
* Experience with gathering both high level and detailed requirements using a standard methodology such as Use Case Analysis * Develop according to standards and templates, Business Requirements, System Requirements, User Acceptance Test Plan and Cases. * Experience ensuring and validating final delivery output against requirements gathered via user acceptance testing * Ability to work with all levels of an organization, good people skills, interpersonal skills, customer facing experience, etc. * Develop and maintain documentation in accordance to standards and process. * Completes special projects and performs other assigned duties. * Maintains manuals, standard business and status reports, training material, and other documentation including Service Level Agreements. * Analyzes service requests and provides estimates for development projects.
